This duo has devoted their lives to others, and they share about making the choice to not have children. It wasn't a decision made out of selfishness; it was a decision made over years, full of hard conversations, grief and so much more.

Also, in this episode, we get into the Enneagram! Chris is the author of the Sacred Enneagram, so we had to dive in with an expert. Creating Strategy as a Couple | Sam + Toni Collier

collier-love-or-work-sam-toni

Episode 43 is live! This week we are introducing you to our friends Sam and Toni Collier! These two do ALL the things, and they are so full of energy. They are extremely gifted communicators. Toni is a Host, Communicator, and Consultant, while Sam is a Speaker, Author, Podcaster, and National TV and Radio Host. See... they do all the things!

Sam and Toni share their love story, the journey of blending a family, and how work intertwines into it all. The Colliers talk through what it's like for people to label them as being the "Same Person" because of their similar personalities, their giftings, and their charisma, but in reality, they are very different. So as a couple, they dissect the following: Morning Person vs Not a Morning Person. Visionary vs Executor. Extrovert vs Introvert.

For the umpteenth time, the Colliers (along with so many other couples we've interviewed) recommend counseling without a doubt, individual counseling and marriage counseling. We all bring baggage to the table. Maybe it's a previous marriage and a baby like Toni or being adopted like Sam. Maybe there's trauma or maybe we're struggling with our purpose. It's probably time for us all to go find a counselor.
