In Episode 61, we meet Tina and Frank Fernandez. Tina is the Executive Director of Achieve Atlanta and Frank is the Senior Vice President of The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. This duo met at Harvard and have been married for 22 years. The Fernandez family is rooted in traditions from their annual new years day hike to their family vacations (ie: 25 people in one house). Tina and Frank also touch on the importance of having a common definition of purpose, and they discuss the distinction of raising kids who recognize their privilege but don't operate out of entitlement.
